Gingerbread House Card

Gingerbread House Card - Christmas Craft for KidsEveryone that sees this fun and easy card will enjoy it and kids will love making it. Instead of putting a gingerbread man behind the door you could let your child glue in a school picture.

What you will need:

Brown paper bag
White crayon or gel pen
Scissors
Pencil
Glue

Directions:

Fold the brown paper bag in half so that the bottom where the bag folds is facing you.

Cut the bag on top so that it looks like a roof with a chimney.

Cut part of the bottom fold over so that you make a door that opens.

With the part you cut off, use the pencil to draw a gingerbread man.

Cut out the gingerbread man.

Use the white crayon or pen to put fun designs on the house and the gingerbread man.

If you want you can provide your child with other items to decorate the house such as small buttons, glitter, stickers and different colored paper.

Glue the gingerbread man behind the door.

Write Merry Christmas at the top in the roof.
