Simple Christmas Wreath

What you will need:

10-inch wire wreath (available at craft stores)
108 10-inch lengths of jute
3 yard 1 ½-inch calico ribbon
Wire brush
Scissors
Strong comb

Method:

1. Wind one length of jute around wire wreath.

2. Tie on outside edge of wreath using a square knot.

3. Continue around wreath until covered with all 108 lengths, pushing jute close together as you proceed.

4. Unravel and comb fringe.

5. Weave calico ribbon in and out of every 2 strips of jute.

6. Tie large bow of calico ribbon to decorate wreath.

Suggestion:

You can also make a miniature wreath made on a curtain ring, which you can use as a tree or table decoration.
