Brown Sugar Cookies

Makes 9 dozen

Ingredients:

2-1/4 c brown sugar
1 c margarine or shortening
3 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
4 c flour

Method:

1. Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and beat well.

2. Add soda, cinnamon and flour. Mix well and chill for several hours.

3. Roll thinly on floured board and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
