CHRISTMAS RECIPES
> CHRISTMAS COOKIES
Graham Cracker Cookies
Ingredients:
1 stick of butter*
1 stick of margarine*
2/3 cup of sugar (either white or brown, according to preferred
taste)
1 cup of pecans, chopped
Graham crackers
Method:
Line pan with foil.
Place crackers on cookie sheet.
Boil first four ingredients (butter, margarine, sugar, and pecans)
for two minutes.
Pour over crackers.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet.
Then cool on wire rack. Break into pieces.
Makes a tasty treat!
* Note: Some may prefer to use two sticks of butter, but, at
least for my taste, I've found that one stick or butter and one
stick of margarine works best.
