Holly and Berries Cupcake Decorating Project

Softened Jam, Marzipan and candied cherries are all that you need to give your cupcakes this traditional 'Holly and Berries' look.

1. Beat Mixed Fruit Jam (Strawberry Jam or any other red-colored jam will do) to make it soft.

2. Spread it all over the cupcake.

3. Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the jam-covered cupcake.

4. Mix green food color in Marzipan and roll out. You can also add tiny drops of yellow to give a shaded effect.

5. Cut holly shaped leaves and arrange 3 on each cupcake as shown in the picture.

6. Place a glace cherry or candied cherry in the middle.
