Roast Turkey

Ingredients:

Turkey
Stuffing
Seasoning
Lard or dripping

Method:

1. Remove the giblets from the turkey and thoroughly wash.
2. Stuff the turkey with the required stuffing and season well.
3. Place the turkey in a roasting tin or attach to loop under removable oven roof with oven pan underneath. Place dripping or lard on the skin of the bird.
